This notice is provided pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 and EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) to all visitors of the website homebbmilano.com and to anyone who submits a request via the contact form.

Data collected and purposes

Personal data collected through the contact form (first name, last name, email address, phone number, dates of stay and message) are processed exclusively to:

respond to enquiries and booking requests;
manage the guest relationship before, during and after the stay.

Providing your data is optional, but necessary in order to process your request. Failure to provide the data makes it impossible to handle the enquiry.

Legal basis for processing

Processing is based on the express consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via the checkbox in the contact form, and on the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
