A perfectLocation
A unique location,
easy to reach.
The perfect starting point
to explore Milan.
We are situated in a quiet and historic residential neighbourhood
adjacent to the city centre of Milan, on the 6th floor (with lift)
of a typical 1970s apartment building with large windows that make the
spaces bright and welcoming.
Our location lets you discover the most authentic side of Milan,
experiencing the city at the pace of those who live here, while remaining just
minutes from the main points of interest — from design districts to
cultural centres and event venues.
Getting here is extremely easy thanks to direct connections with the main
airports, railway stations and the city centre. For those travelling by car,
our location allows you to avoid the ZTL Area C, with the easy
access typical of the Area B zone.

Public transport
Getting around
Milan has an excellent public transport network
and our area is served by numerous options
that allow you to reach the main points of interest quickly and sustainably.
In Piazza Frattini, just a few steps away, there is a 24h taxi rank,
ideal for early departures or late evening returns. The neighbourhood is also fully covered
by all major car sharing operators,
offering maximum flexibility for private travel.
We are also great supporters of light mobility:
just 2 minutes on foot you will find an official
BikeMi (ATM) station. Thanks to the
cycle lane network connecting the neighbourhood to the historic centre, you can reach the
heart of Milan while enjoying the city from a different and sustainable perspective.
